Based in Nevers, France, LOOK Cycle International is a worldwide leader
in carbon fiber frame and pedal technology that is sought after by
the world’s most demanding and discerning cyclists. Leveraging its
rich history in ski bindings, LOOK designed the world’s first
clipless pedal in 1984. A year later, Bernard Hinault rode LOOK pedals
to win the Tour de France.
LOOK was also the first company to mass-produce carbon fiber road
frames. Choosing carbon fiber as their exclusive material of choice,
LOOK has developed and evolved their own manufacturing techniques,
and now holds multiple patents protecting their proprietary technical
